If you are traveling to Pioneer Scout Reservation from the North, East, or South, proceed to the Village of Pioneer, Ohio, located on Ohio Route 15 just north of US 20. (If approaching from the North, Michigan Route 99 becomes Ohio Rt 15)
Within the Village of Pioneer, turn west on First Street (there is a traffic light at this intersection). As you leave town this road will become Williams County Road R. Continue West on County Road R. You will cross State Route 576. As you approach County Road 8 from the East there will be a sign facing you on the Southwest corner of the intersection of County Road R and County Road 8 directing you to turn North to reach Pioneer Scout Reservation. Turn North (right). Continue North on County Road 8 until reaching County Road S. Turn West (left) on County Road S. After turning, Pioneer Scout Reservation will be on your right. Continue West on County Road S for approximately 3/4 of a mile. Turn North (right) into Camp Frontier, Pioneer Scout Reservation.
If you approach from the West, you may turn North on Williams County Road 8 directly from US 20. |
