Registration/Payment Schedule
payments are made in full per youth or adult. Youth registered on or before the early bird deadline are charged at the early bird rate. Youth registered after this deadline are charged at the regular rate. Adults are the same rate regardless of when they are registered. FREE early bird hats will be given to all youth registered by the early bird deadline and all adult spots registered at any time.

Leader Supervision Requirements
The minimum leadership requirements for any Cub Scout Pack attending camp is a ratio of two adults to a maximum of eight youth and one additional adult for each four additional youth (or part thereof). Lion and Tiger youth must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Camperships
Financial assistance is available through The Richard J. Ball Campership Program. Applications can be submitted starting March 1st and are due April 15th. Go to www.erieshorescouncil.org/ESCCS for more information and to apply online.
Refund Policy
SUMMER CAMP SPOTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE PURCHASED, however, they may be transferred to another Scout who is attending camp on a one-to-one basis. Refunds for medical reasons or a family emergency may be requested online at www.PSRweb.org/RefundRequest within 2 weeks after your unit’s week at camp. If approved, funds will be sent back to the Unit less 15%. All refunds will be mailed out after September 1st.
