Camp Frontier Staff Recruiter Program
The Camp Frontier Staff Recruiter Program is designed for current staff and staff alumni to help recruit new Summer staff and earn recruiter swag and salary bonuses. The more staff you recruit, the more rewards and bonuses you receive.
How to Become a Recruiter?
 | Step 1...Register online as an office recruiter
Step 2...Begin recruiting as many staff as you can find and tell them to mention your name during their interview/hiring process
Step 3...If your recruit is hired, you will be rewarded for your efforts with Camp Frontier recruiter swag and salary bonuses on your last paycheck for the summer. |

| Level 1 RecruiterRecruit your first staff member Earn your Camp Frontier Recruiter Pin and a $25 Salary Bonus* |
 | Level 2 RecruiterRecruit a total of 2 staff members Earn a Camp Frontier Recruiter Lanyard and a $50 Salary Bonus* |
 | Level 3 RecruiterRecruit a total of 3 staff members Earn a Camp Frontier Recruiter Nalgene and a $100 Salary Bonus* |
 | Level 4 RecruiterRecruit a total of 5 staff members Earn a Camp Frontier Recruiter Staff Hat and a $100 Salary Bonus* |
 | Level 5 RecruiterRecruit a total of 10+ staff members Earn a Camp Frontier Recruiter Day Pack and a $200 Salary Bonus* |
